'PublicResourceGateway' started from a humble desire: to share real Neapolitan pizza with Rome. The Bianchi kin founded our pizzeria in 1985, initially a quaint, kin-led place rooted in generations-old recipes.
Marco Bianchi, the person who pioneered our establishment, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her time in Italy, apprenticing with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—pizza's origin city. Upon her return to the UK, it became her mission to bring the essence of true Italian pizza here, adhering to age-old procedures and only the finest ingredients.
From a cozy pizzeria with only 12 seats, we have expanded to become a cherished fixture in the community while we have steadfastly maintained our devotion to the highest standards of quality and genuineness. We still faithfully employ wood-fired oven techniques, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and seek out the best ingredients around.
'PublicResourceGateway' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, now with a second generation at the helm alongside a fervent crew. While introducing some contemporary novelties, the essence of our operation is unchanged: delivering delightful, genuine pizza that unites folks.
